Member Experience Specialist

Job Summary
Deliver exceptional member experience and build strong member relationships; open and service existing member accounts; identify members' needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions; interview, process, close, and disburse consumer loans in accordance with policies and procedures; perform outbound follow-up calls and other member outreach activities; assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments as needed; collaborate with lending and leadership teams to support loan growth; maintain compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and internal policies, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and NMLS.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Qualifies as MLO and complies with NMLS registration requirements
- Credit and criminal background verification required on all applicants
