Job Summary
Assist members with financial transactions and loan applications, identify sales opportunities through outbound calls, promote Credit Union products and services, support Business Development with events and projects, take applications for financial products, liaise between members and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain accurate documentation, and float between the Reston and DC branches as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ten-key calculators, computers, and keyboarding
- Ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds
- Some travel required
- Experience in financial transactions, account management, and loan applications
