Job Summary
Member Experience Representative (Floating) provides a high-quality Member experience in retail branch settings by handling financial transactions, answering questions, and cross-selling credit union products. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and general ledger entries within policy limits; issuing money orders, cashier’s checks, and processing ATM-related tasks; maintaining cash controls and accuracy; identifying Members’ needs and referring them to appropriate partners; promoting online and mobile solutions; monitoring for potential fraudulent activity; and staying current on product knowledge to support sales growth and service excellence. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, confidentiality, and compliant handling of transactions, with occasional travel to alternate work locations based on business needs.
