Job Summary
Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls to assess transportation needs, while interacting with clients and providers via phone and software applications. Troubleshoot situations outside standard procedures and deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction. Maintain high attention to detail and reliability while working remotely, and become a knowledge expert in the field. This bilingual role opens to Spanish speakers eligible for a $16.00 per hour starting wage.
