Job Summary
Deliver high-quality in-branch member service interactions and provide educational guidance on Belco's products and services. Escort members through delivery channels like mobile deposit and Interactive Teller Machines while expertly processing new account and loan applications. Lead branch call efforts by reviewing and calling member lists, and assist with branch settlement, vault cash balancing, and card stock management. Maintain accurate records of sales tracking results via Synapsys and Lobby Tracker, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. Provide strategic backup support to the Assistant Branch Manager in training, staff development, and daily operational responsibilities. Troubleshoot member and internal inquiries promptly, embodying the Belco Life brand standards in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of prior financial experience in a consultative, member-facing role
- MEO certification program curriculum must be completed and passed within 12 months of position acceptance
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Periodic travel to other branches in our seven county footprint

- Background in enhancing member education, supporting financial growth, and promoting overall financial well-being
- Experience performing account maintenance, opening new products and services including loans and delivering personalized financial solutions that align with members' needs
- Broad knowledge of credit union functions
- In-depth knowledge of member compliance, banking regulations, financial technology, lending processes, and member service
- MEO Certification curriculum be successfully passed within 12 months of position acceptance
