Job Summary
This Contract role as a Member Experience Agent involves assisting members with their insurance enrollments and providing outstanding customer service through phone and email support. Key responsibilities include following up with customers post-enrollment, resolving issues, and documenting interactions in Zendesk. Candidates must be licensed insurance agents with experience in health coverage enrollment. Effective communication skills, patience, and familiarity with digital platforms are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed insurance agent
- Experience working with Healthcare.gov and/or other state-based exchanges
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written formats
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and ability to stay composed under stress
- Ability to guide individuals through the process of signing up for health coverage
- Capability to navigate and perform within support or sales-based digital platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Zendesk
- 5+ State Licenses
- Knowledge of ancillary insurance products
- Fluently bilingual
