Job Summary
Manage your own location as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members. Organize all details and communications to ensure smooth operations, acting as a tour guide who confidently identifies companies' most important needs. Deliver impactful solutions by uncovering client needs through a consultative sales approach and actively identifying potential members. Pull together community programming that reflects local interests, while handling no member request too big or small. Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods while operating machines and appliances as necessary. Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and ensuring work areas remain sanitary. Work in-person five days a week with a base compensation of $65,000 - $75,000 plus up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
- Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
