Job Summary
Member Experience Manager responsible for delivering high-touch hospitality to members in premium live entertainment arenas, coordinating member communications via email, phone, text and in person, assisting with reservations and creating unforgettable experiences across the portfolio of club offerings. Will engage with members, support retention through designing and implementing strategies to deepen relationships, monitor metrics (retention, satisfaction, membership usage), and contribute to event-day hosting and catering/order coordination. As the membership scales, help build a framework for hiring, training, and developing a team of Member Suite Specialists. Requires 5+ years in member service/hospitality, CRM experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple engagement efforts in a fast-paced environment; preferred experience in luxury/hospitality live entertainment and familiarity with ticketing systems and venues. Pay range noted as $102,000–$120,000 annually, with benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a member service role or hospitality space preferably at a private club or hotel space
- Experience working in CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple engagement efforts simultaneously
