Job Summary
Member Experience Manager responsible for delivering best-in-class service to gym members and guests, resolving billing concerns, addressing feedback, and driving member retention. Collaborates with gym department managers to train, motivate, and develop front desk staff; ensures the facility is clean, friendly, and well-maintained. Leads initiatives to enhance member experience, responds to member concerns, monitors satisfaction trends, and supports online reputation management. Partners with Operations Manager to coach the front desk team and support facility operations, including safety protocols and cleanliness, while embodying company core values and driving a culture of exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must Obtain a CPR certification within 30 days of employment
- Must attend EōS Ethos and Customer Service Training within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public
- Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system
- Knowledge of fitness industry operations, including membership management and billing processes
