Job Summary
Member Experience Generalist (MEG) is a cross-branch, pre-leadership role focused on delivering Legendary Member experiences through exceptional service and value-based cross-selling. Responsibilities include mentoring Member Experience Associates, modeling best practices in member interactions, cross-functional expertise across branches (DMV, concierge, insurance servicing, Smart Home, membership sales), surfacing observations to leadership for action, coordinating workflow across locations, and supporting recruitment, training, onboarding, and scheduling. The role emphasizes sales and service excellence, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to multiple branch environments while maintaining alignment with AAA’s values and performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of sales or service experience in a branch or member-facing environment
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience
- Current & valid Driver’s License required
- Preferred Qualifications Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C license
