Job Summary
Outbound sales-focused role focused on generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals for products including consumer loans, auto loans, unsecured loans, mortgages, and related referrals. Responsibilities include outbound calling, explaining product features and benefits, qualifying leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, closing contracts, and collaborating with the sales team. Requirements include 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus), strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM software. Required Qualifications
