Job Summary
Prepare the office for members by brewing coffee, setting breakfast, and stocking shared amenities. Manage inventory and order supplies, while designing unique signage for events and adding new members to systems for a seamless onboarding experience. Assist with IT or wifi issues, participate in local marketing events, and conduct in-person tours. Perform food preparation and cleaning duties, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure safety protocols are followed. This in-person role requires standing and lifting up to 25 lbs five days a week. Candidates must live near Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
- Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
- Candidates must live within an easy commute of Seattle, WA.
