Member Experience Associate - Sales/MVD

Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service and value to members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting expectations across multiple branch locations. Perform fundamental customer interactions including Member Services, product sales, and concierge duties while adhering to standard operating procedures and compliance. Proactively identify unmet member needs using consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities. Maintain proficiency with AAA products, services, and systems to provide seamless service wherever assigned. Meet individual sales targets and support overall branch success as a direct contributor. Requires a valid driver's license, current sales experience, and ability to travel between locations including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience
- at least 1 year in a sales role
- Sales experience
- Current & valid Driver's License
- bonding/fingerprinting
- P&C licensing
- Must demonstrate adaptability
- willingness to travel
- flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations
- Must be available to work in different branch locations
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Must be flexible with work shifts
- Must be able to travel between locations regularly, including Saturdays
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers
- Demonstrated success working with defined sales standards and goals
- consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer Service experience
- Outbound sales experience
- MVD (RACF) Certification
