Job Summary
Deliver outstanding member service while achieving individual sales targets across multiple AAA branches. Rotate between branches and apply consultative sales techniques to identify member needs, present solutions, and close opportunities using strong product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration; must adapt to varying branch environments, maintain professional customer service, and travel between locations as needed. Sales experience is mandatory; familiarity with insurance, retail, hospitality, or service industries is valued, with bilingual Spanish a plus. This is a full-time, onsite role based in AAA San Rafael with variable shifts and weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role
- Sales experience required
- Current & valid Driver’s License; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs
