Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service and achieve individual sales targets by performing fundamental customer interactions, including Member Services, product sales, and concierge duties across multiple branch locations. Utilize consultative sales techniques to uncover Member needs, present solutions, and close opportunities while adhering to standard operating procedures and compliance. Rotate between branches depending on business needs, requiring flexibility to cover shifts including Saturdays. This full-time, onsite role at AAA Los Gatos demands strong adaptability to varying systems and product lines.

- 2-4 years of work experience
- At least 1 year in a sales role

- Must be flexible with work shifts
- Ability to travel between locations regularly
- Proficient with multiple computer systems and applications
- Strong knowledge of all AAA products, services, and operations
- Fiduciary accountability
- Ability to quickly adapt to varying system configurations or processes across branches
- Ability to modify communication style to provide high communication effectiveness
- Ability to uncover needs, present solutions, and close sales
- Ability to flex between service and sales responsibilities
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time
