Job Summary

Deliver outstanding service and meet individual sales targets by performing fundamental customer interactions, including Member Services, product sales, and concierge duties across multiple branch locations. Act as an active listener to identify unmet Member needs, then apply consultative sales techniques to uncover requirements, present solutions, and close opportunities using strong product knowledge. Adapt communication styles and systems proficiency to varied environments while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and fiduciary accountability. Rotate between branches as business needs dictate, covering shifts including Saturdays.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
2-4 years of work experience
at least 1 year in a sales role
Sales experience
Must demonstrate adaptability
willingness to travel
flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations
Must be available to work in different branch locations
Must be available to work on Saturdays
Must be flexible with work shifts
Must be able to travel between locations regularly
Must be able to work on Saturdays
Must be able to stand, walk, or sit at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time
Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds
