Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service and achieve individual sales targets by performing fundamental customer interactions including Member Services, product sales, and concierge duties across multiple branch locations. Identify unmet Member needs using consultative sales techniques to present solutions and close opportunities while adhering to standard operating procedures and compliance. Adapt quickly to varied environments and multiple product lines, including Auto Travel, Insurance Services, and Smart Home Security, to support branch goals. This full-time, onsite role rotates between branches and requires working five days a week including Saturdays. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience
- at least 1 year in a sales role
- Sales experience
- Must be flexible with work shifts
- Must be able to travel between locations regularly
- Must be available to work in different branch locations
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds
- Bonding/fingerprinting
- P&C licensing
Desired Qualifications
- Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers
- Demonstrated success working with defined sales standards and goals
- consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer Service experience
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills
