Job Summary
Greet and check in members, resolve customer issues, and sell memberships, retail, and merchandise. Open and close the facility as scheduled while ensuring a safe, clean health club environment. Follow company policies and best practices, maintaining an enthusiastic, upbeat personality with clear, proactive communication. Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is helpful, and active CPR/AED certification is preferred. This role supports Retro Fitness's "Get Real" promise of an honest, simple approach to helping the community achieve fitness goals.
Required Qualifications
- Work your scheduled shifts and arrive on time every shift
- Arrive for your shift in full uniform: brand approved shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, and sneakers (be well groomed, neat, and presentable)
- Be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively when needed
- Background checks and screenings are required for all new hires
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality
- Active CPR/AED certification
