Job Summary
Prepare the office for the day by brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities. Manage inventory and order supplies, while building events and designing unique signage to enhance the member experience. Add new members to multiple systems to ensure their first day is seamless, and assist with IT or wifi issues as they arise. Participate in local marketing events and take members on tours while supporting the Member Experience Manager. Perform repetitive tasks involving lifting up to 25 lbs, operate kitchen appliances and printers, and maintain sanitary work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. This in-person role requires standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Compensation starts at $21.60 hourly with commuter benefits and bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
- Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
