Member Experience Associate - Evenings/Weekends

Proactively manage and resolve all member concerns, escalate serious issues to management, and provide exceptional customer service to retail operations including the cafe and pro-shop. Ensure cleaning duties are completed and maintained safely and timely while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services to promote them to club members. Handle all sales transactions and complete administrative tasks accurately with consistent five-star service, assisting with member experience events throughout the club as needed. This role requires Monday through Sunday availability during afternoons, evenings, and closing shifts. Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
