Member Experience Associate

The Member Experience Associate delivers outstanding service and value to Members through genuine care and personal service across multiple branch locations, and is directly accountable for achieving individual sales targets. The role rotates between branches based on business needs and requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening to identify unmet Member needs across varied environments. The associate must quickly learn and apply knowledge of multiple AAA products and services, and employ consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities. Responsibilities include Member Services, product sales, promoting AAA products to achieve individual and branch goals, and maintaining fiduciary accountability. The position is onsite in Orem, UT and involves leveraging a range of skills including customer service, sales, product knowledge, technical proficiency with computer systems, and the ability to work across multiple locations. The role supports Members First through teamwork, effective communication, and the flexibility to cover shifts at different branches. Education and experience requirements emphasize a High School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales; driver’s license and potential licensing needs may be required depending on branch needs. This is primarily an office job with occasional travel between branches, and a compensation package consisting of a competitive hourly base plus commissions.
