Job Summary
The Member Experience Associate delivers outstanding service and value to AAA Members through genuine care and personal service across multiple branches, while also meeting individual sales targets. The role requires quick adaptation to multiple product lines and systems, consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, and the ability to present solutions and close opportunities. The position is full-time and onsite at AAA Merced, rotates between branches based on business needs, and requires working Saturdays. Candidates should have strong customer service orientation, active listening, and the flexibility to travel between locations, with a focus on increasing Membership value through product and service sales.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role
- Sales experience preferred
- Driver’s License
- P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs
- Knowledge of AAA products and services
- Ability to travel between locations
- Strong customer service and sales skills
