Job Summary
The Member Experience Associate delivers outstanding service and value to AAA Members through genuine care and personal service across multiple branch locations, while also achieving individual sales targets. The role requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening to identify member needs, learn various product lines, and apply consultative sales techniques to present solutions and close opportunities. The position is full-time and onsite at AAA Hanford, rotates between branches based on business needs, and includes Saturday work. The role emphasizes both service and sales responsibilities, blending member services with product knowledge across AAA products and services, while maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures. The position requires ability to travel between branches, adapt to different team environments, and effectively communicate with Members to enhance the value of Membership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role
- Demonstrated success in sales/Customer Service
- Current & valid Driver’s License; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs
