Job Summary
The Member Experience Associate delivers outstanding service and value to Members across multiple AAA branches, meeting individual sales targets while learning and applying knowledge of AAA products and services. The role is full-time and onsite at AAA Madera, rotating between branches as needed, requiring strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening to identify unmet Member needs, apply consultative sales techniques, and close opportunities across product lines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience
- at least 1 year in a sales role
- Valid driver’s license (current & valid)
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to travel between branches
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs
