Job Summary
On-site, full-time Member Experience Associate role at the Sparks Branch, delivering outstanding service and value to AAA Members while meeting individual sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting Member Services interactions, product sales, and applying consultative sales techniques across AAA products and services to identify needs, present solutions, and close opportunities. Must learn and adapt to multiple product lines and systems, maintain knowledge of AAA offerings, and demonstrate flexibility across branch environments. Strong customer service orientation, active listening, and ability to collaborate with branch teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role
- Sales experience is required
- Current & valid Driver’s License required; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs
