Job Summary
As a Member Experience Ambassador, you will be the heartbeat of our clubs—building meaningful connections with members, guests, and teammates, delivering exceptional service, guiding new members through programs like FitStart, conducting club tours, assisting with app setup and membership changes, and promoting club amenities and retail items. You’ll foster a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, handle inquiries both in person and by phone, support member goals with personalized recommendations, and participate in required trainings and meetings. The role involves flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays), strong communication, basic computer skills, CPR/First Aid readiness for pool-venues, and a positive, service-driven attitude to enhance the member experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic fitness and sales experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills both in-person and phone
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with pool slides
