Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly to hit conversion and activity goals while delivering a five-star experience. Handle sensitive enrollment data entry with discretion and accuracy. This role requires a background in sales, healthcare, or customer success, along with natural relationship-building instincts and CRM proficiency. Required Qualifications
- A background in sales, healthcare, customer success, or hospitality
- Natural relationship-building and consultative sales instincts
- Comfort working independently and hitting metrics in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for shifts between 8am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
