Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and implement client benefits communication strategies; create engaging member engagement campaigns and materials across channels to educate employees about benefit programs; translate insurance information into everyday language; collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze engagement effectiveness and recommend education opportunities; assist with RFP responses and oversee special projects such as bulk printing and language translation; requires degree in communications/marketing or equivalent, 3+ years experience, and proficiency in PowerPoint/Word, Publisher, Canva; Life/Health license within 90 days preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or similar field OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Three (3) or more years relevant work experience
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong Microsoft product knowledge, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in Publisher and Canva (or similar) program
- Experience with copywriting and editing
- Insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license within 90 days
