Job Summary
Connect with USCCA members and prospects across phone, chat, social media, and SMS to build trust and prescribe the next right step through education and honest guidance. Support account updates, payments, and purchases while helping members considering non-renewal find the right path. Deliver experiences that move members forward rather than through a queue, demonstrating Delta Defense core values in every interaction. This high-volume, performance-driven role requires a Producer Property & Casualty License and offers a starting pay of $21.00/hour with commission eligibility. Full-time, 40-hour schedules begin September 14th with a mandatory 90-day training program.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and real listening
- Confidence prescribing a next step, not just presenting options
- Comfort with software applications, systems, and digital communication
- A pull toward the mission of responsible self-defense
- The courage to stand watch when the conversation gets hard
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Producer Property & Casualty License
- Full availability during the 90-day training period
- Tuesday – Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Central Time schedule
- Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Central Time schedule

Desired Qualifications
