MEMBER ENGAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Be the welcome ambassador for the Skagit Valley Family YMCA, helping members navigate membership, programs, and activities that fit their interests and goals. Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and in person; assist with member sign-ups and registrations; address member concerns with care and professionalism; conduct tours for prospective members; engage members in wellness programs and events to foster belonging. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, basic computer skills, and a positive, people-first attitude. Flexible shifts with potential benefits for full-time employees, and a bilingual premium available for fluent Spanish, Triqui, Mixtec, Russian, or Ukrainian speakers.
