Job Summary
Member Engagement Representative at the Frank DeLuca YMCA Family Center responsible for access control, member engagement, onboarding, enrollment guidance, and connecting members to YMCA programs and services. Conduct cause-driven tours, promote program offerings, and drive membership sales while maintaining accurate records in YMCA systems. Meet sales and retention metrics, participate in required trainings, and uphold YMCA policies and core values. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage with diverse communities, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; background screening is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred (minimum one year)
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry; CRM or membership management software experience a plus
- Background screening/criminal and employment verification may be required
