Job Summary
Lead membership growth, engagement strategies, and frontline team leadership to strengthen relationships with members, families, and community partners. Create welcoming environments, plan member events, and drive recruitment through local marketing and partnership development. Maintain accurate records, monitor key performance indicators, and analyze data to support decision-making and retention goals. Represent the YMCA as a community resource while fostering a collaborative culture aligned with organizational values. This role requires bi-lingual skills and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Experience in membership management, recruitment, and retention, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in membership software systems and data management.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
