Job Summary
Role: Member Engagement Advisor provides member service to exceed expectations, handling a high volume of member contacts via telephone, chat, fax, and e-mail for account information and support, performing transactions, and supporting overall contact-center operations. Identifies members' financial needs and offers Soarion Credit Union products/services to fulfill needs. Responsibilities include quickly identifying member needs, researching issues, achieving first-call resolution, owning requests from initial contact through follow-up, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and meeting daily metrics for service, productivity, quality, and sales objectives. Onsite position with occasional remote work subject to management approval. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with standard office equipment and MS software, and a commitment to equal opportunity and accommodations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A high school education or GED.
- At least one year of similar or related experience.
