Job Summary
Conduct outbound follow-up, sales, and service calls to new and existing members using assigned calling lists. Utilize CRM tools to manage member relationships and identify sales opportunities while achieving production goals through increased product penetration. Originate loan applications over the telephone, including interviewing members, reviewing creditworthiness, and finalizing funding. Assist with inbound call volume during high-volume periods and complete service follow-up calls for assigned campaigns. Open new accounts by verifying eligibility and processing daily member transactions such as balance inquiries, fund transfers, and account closures. Meet minimum call expectations across campaign lists including pre-approved offers, deposit leads, and loan leads.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- minimum one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
