Member Contact Center Agent - Chubbuck

Deliver world-class service to members by demonstrating empathy, accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving skills over phone, text, and email. Provide general information about Credit Union services, answer calls, and meet performance metrics. Research and correct member account problems while performing a wide range of member-generated transactions. Complete accurate case notes of member interactions and call history. Work effectively with team members while adhering to core values of honesty, integrity, respect, dignity, growth, performance, and accountability. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Physical duties include sitting for extended periods, lifting 20-40 pounds, and operating basic office machines. Candidates must be eligible for ICCU membership.
