Job Summary
Member Consultant at Meritrust Credit Union in Westminster, CO, delivering exceptional in-branch service by building meaningful member relationships and understanding financial needs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Preferred experience in financial services or credit union industry
- Knowledge of financial products and services (checking, loans, mortgages) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Team player and goal-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting up to 25 lbs
