Job Summary
Welcome and direct members visiting the branch, presenting credit union services while performing daily tasks such as opening and closing accounts and conducting account research. Resolve member account discrepancies through file maintenance and assist with complex transaction escalations, while informing members about technology services and troubleshooting related issues. Interview and gather documents to originate, process, and close consumer loans, evaluating applications, computing debit ratios, and verifying employment and income to recommend approvals. Coordinate loan closings, process servicing items like payoffs and refinances, and control branch cash by balancing drawers, vaults, and ATM machines. Identify and report potentially fraudulent activity, complete branch operational duties including security procedures and audits, and fulfill special projects as assigned.
