Job Summary
Conduct member financial education by uncovering needs and recommending solutions to improve well-being through a consultative approach. Manage all member service functions including consumer accounts, business accounts, and loans while ensuring accurate resolution. Proactively educate members on digital solutions like mobile banking and bill pay to drive adoption. Maintain proper documentation and prepare required reports in a timely manner. Recognize referral opportunities and connect members with internal partners for investments, mortgages, or commercial lending. Communicate effectively with frontline teams to ensure an exceptional member experience. Perform other job-related duties as assigned in a fast-paced retail financial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of financial institution experience in member service or cash operations or comparable experience in cash handling, customer service, or sales experience
- demonstrating consistent and proficient knowledge, ability and accuracy of all aspects of the job
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to change focus efficiently in a fast-paced environment
