Member/client sales and service agent

Solicit and develop business relationships with members and clients while providing customer service across multiple distribution channels. Assist clients by listening to their needs, handling requests, answering questions, and guiding them in choosing tools based on their desired level of independence. Close sales, process transactions, and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction and service quality. Manage information requests via phone and forward them to the appropriate personnel. Seize opportunities to increase sales through active solicitation in accordance with organizational standards. This full-time on-site role requires French language proficiency and one year of relevant experience.
