Job Summary
Execute daily health plan operations by filing medical claims, researching and responding to members' complex questions, and tracking accuracy metrics. Troubleshoot operational challenges while providing friendly, empathetic communication to ensure a seamless member experience. Think critically to boost teamwork and communication across offices while gaining in-depth industry expertise in the healthcare economy. This hybrid role requires at least two weekdays in the Lehi office, with a mandatory training period from September 14, 2026, to March 5, 2027.
Required Qualifications
- You must be available for the first 5 weeks of required training
- You will not be able to take time off during the training period
- This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office
- Expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week
- Execute the daily operations of a health plan
- Filing medical claims
- Researching and responding to the members' most complicated questions
- Tracking accuracy around core metrics
- Troubleshooting operational challenges
- Provide friendly, empathetic, and clear communication to members
- Think critically and strategically

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 or more years of work experience
- Prior experience in customer service
- Prior experience in healthcare
- Prior experience in another people-facing role
