Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Member Center, assist the Member Center Manager, and coordinate hiring, training, scheduling, and employee relations to meet operational goals. Review documents for compliance with federal regulations and policies; monitor security procedures, open/close the Member Center and vault, and assist with cash handling including ATM operations. Help members with opening/closing accounts, process transactions, resolve escalated inquiries, and provide a high-quality service experience. Explain products and services to members to drive growth in a cross-selling environment. Serve as a teller as needed, balance daily transactions, and balance the vault. Act as a liaison between members and other departments, and manage the Member Center in the absence of the Manager. Maintain risk management controls and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of similar or related experience
- High school education or GED
