Job Summary
Deliver luxury VIP guest services in a private airport-terminal environment. Manage travel itineraries, provide immaculate customer service, escort members to private suites or salons, and handle luggage with the ability to lift/push up to 100 lbs. Provide on-site security/immigration assistance, support a 6-week training program to achieve reservation mastery, and adapt to a dynamic, 24-hour schedule with open availability for all shifts, including weekends and evenings. Maintain exquisite service standards for high-profile clients and coordinate with Control Room and leadership to ensure flawless guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED
- Must pass pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift and push up to 100 lbs
- Driver's License in good standing
- Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting
- Experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry-related leadership role preferred
