Job Summary
Lead PS guest experiences by mastering travel itineraries, providing immaculate white glove service, and personally escorting members to private suites or salons. Seamlessly handle luggage up to 70 lbs, process arrivals through TSA and CBP clearance, and offer comprehensive introductions to exclusive amenities. Complete a 6-week reservation mastery program to demonstrate competency in all Member Services VIP Guest Services aspects before receiving dedicated onsite support. Adapt to evolving high-profile needs and perform additional duties as required to ensure an unparalleled luxury travel experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting
- Driver's License in good standing, active for a minimum of 1 year
- Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED
- Fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts
- Must be able to lift and push up to 70 lbs
