Job Summary
Drive membership sales through health and wellness education, add-ons, and retail sales while developing leads and following up with potential members. Manage customer profiles, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle daily cash drawer responsibilities. Resolve customer concerns, retain memberships, and adhere to sanitary cleaning practices to keep the reception area presentable. Track key performance indicators including average ticket price and rebook ratio.
