Job Summary
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio. Processes accurate cash and credit card transactions while maintaining an organized and clean lobby/front desk area. Achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales and membership goals by meeting package offerings, memberships, and retail sales targets. Conducts telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and leads studio previews with prospects. On-boards all OTF clients through Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements while troubleshooting technical issues. Responds to member requests with urgency and works closely with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify, analyze, and develop solutions to problems
- Functional computer skills required MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
- Ability to work and function in a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends
- Passion for health and fitness and helping others succeed
- Must possess a passion for continuous learning and a strong desire for career growth
- High School Diploma
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills
