Job Summary
Member Ambassador to drive fitness-studio front-of-house operations and achieve sales and membership goals. Responsibilities include establishing a referral program, maintaining records in sales systems, conducting inquiries and follow-ups, leading studio previews with prospects, greeting members, processing cash/credit transactions, onboarding clients via intake forms and FP agreements, coordinating with the Fitness Team, and maintaining a welcoming, organized lobby. Requires excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills, strong communication, detail-orientation, problem solving, basic MS Office proficiency, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; prior sales experience in a quota-driven environment is highly preferred. Must have a High School Diploma and a passion for health and fitness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- MS Office basic programs (word, excel)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends
- Passion for health and fitness and helping others succeed
- Must possess a passion for continuous learning and career growth
