Job Summary

Greet members, own their full experience from entry to exit, and build relationships by proactively learning their financial goals to suggest relevant products. Perform teller transactions, administrative functions, and account maintenance while directing guidance on specialty accounts including decedent, business, IRA, trust, estate, power of attorney, rep payee, custodial, and guardianship accounts. Resolve member inquiries with one-touch solutions or direct them appropriately, acting as a technology liaison for digital wallet and online banking questions. Assist with fraud and chargebacks, make outbound calls for education or campaigns, and mentor branch personnel. Follow all security, safety, and regulatory compliance protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Knowledge of all products and services offer by the credit union
  • Efficient computer skills including the Microsoft suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Cash handling skills
  • Ability to learn and adhere to all policy and procedures
  • Expert in creating amazing experiences and building relationships
  • Long periods of sitting
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving 15 lbs or less
  • Occasional bending, stooping, or crouching
