Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- 1 year to 5 years of similar or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English clearly
- Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service
- Ability to balance accounts and use mathematics to process transactions
- Ability to work between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with potential for nights/weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Gulf Winds lines of business (investment and mortgage) and ability to refer accordingly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures
- Compliance with safety rules and regulations
