Job Summary
Handle cash handling, payment processing, and account openings while conducting needs-based selling to deepen member relationships and support branch growth. Process loan applications and routine maintenance requests accurately, consistently advancing product knowledge and adhering to banking regulations and compliance training. Maintain professional appearance and punctuality while engaging members via phone and in person. Work Monday through Saturday as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend
- Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, calculator, copy machine, and printer
- Ability to speak and hear members to educate them on products and services
- Knowledge of basic mathematical applications
- Proficiency of the English language, sentence structure, proper grammar and spelling of words
- Ability to speak using proper grammar to effectively communicate and convey business principles to members
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and appropriately prioritize throughout a business day
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of progressive technology
- Availability: Monday through Saturday, as scheduled
