The position involves working across multiple branch locations within the region as needed, delivering friendly, professional service, leveraging Gulf Winds’ product lines, utilizing technology to engage members, and participating in community efforts. Candidates should possess 1-5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED, with the role offering an incentive program in addition to hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- 1-5 years of customer service/financial service experience
- Ability to process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loans)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple branch locations as a float
- English proficiency
